All applicants for enrollment (new enrollees) are required
to undergo personal interview or take written exam. Examination
to determine the very basic requirement of education which the
absence of speech and visual or physical impairment of the child
and also the readiness of the child for the particular grade
seeking for enrollment. |

The Oral Interview and the written Entrance Examination shall
be administered and conducted by the Guidance Counselor and shall
furnish a copy of the test results to the parents of the examinees
with the signature of the Guidance who administered the Entrance
Examination or the Oral Interview. |

| 3. |
The Official test results shall be presented and submitted
to the School Registrar and who inform and advise the parents/guardian
for other needed requirements for enrollment. |

| 4. |
The Oral Interview
and the Entrance Examination shall be conducted and administered
in the school campus as scheduled. |
|
| 5. |
Failure of
the applicants to take the scheduled Entrance Examination
or the Oral Interview for no valid reasons, the testing fee
shall be forfeited and not refundable. |

6. |
The Students
applicants who passed the Entrance Examination of the Oral
Interview can enjoy the privilege of making a reservation
for a slot for the coming school year. |

| a) |
Can secure immediately a Reservation Form
at the school Registrar a slot for the coming school year. |
| |
|
| b) |
Submit filled up Reservation Form and Birth
Certification and other needed requirements to the School
Registrar in confirmation to the intention of making the
reservation. |

| c) |
Old student may lose the privilege of priority
for enrollment for the coming school year and the said
student shall be treated under the list of the new student. |
