ADMISSION
Testing and Interview
All applicants for enrolment are required to undergo
admission testing and inteview to determine the very basic requirements
of education; i.e., absence of speech, visual and / or physical impairment,
which would hinder the otherwise normal development of the child.
Admission testing and/or interview shall be conducted
by the Registrar who shall render a report of testing results to
the applicant's parents.
Admission testing and/or interview shall be conducted
within the premises of the school and shall be scheduled. Applicant's
non-appearance on the scheduled testing/interview shall not entitle
a refund of the testing/interview fee which shall be paid upon scheduling
of the same.
Pre-Enrollment Agreement / Reservation
Parents/Guardians of all applicants who pass the testing/interview
shall be required to sign a Pre-Enrollment Agreement to secure a
slot for the school year and level applied for.
The Pre-Enrollment Agreement will be valued only within
the prescribed period of enrollment (not later than May 1) and when
paid for and confirmed by the school. In case of failure to enroll
within the prescribed period, the slot can be given to other applicants
seeking admission.
Upon enrollment, the Pre-Enrollment Agreement fee shall
be considered part of the school fees and shall be deductible from
the total amount of the school fee, but not refundable.
In no case should the Pre-Enrollment Agreement be considered
as a confirmation or acceptance of the student in school. Only when
the proper school fees shall have been submitted will the student
be considered as accepted in the level applied for.
